About a year ago, I had found the long lost rare Rainbow OST song “Holic” that was released for the Last Trip To Find The Beauty Of Korea boxset release.
The boxset cost $87.00, so it was a expensive purchase to get just for one song, but it was worth it to me as it is one of my favorite Rainbow songs. I did it at the time as a thank you gift to fans too. I decided I reupload it today since it was removed awhile ago by mistake on my end ><
“Holic” is probably the most unknown song that Rainbow has ever released because it was specifically only released in the boxset. The boxset was only being sold to international fans as a way to promote Korea to tourists. Due to it’s expensive price no one wanted to touch purchasing it.
The news of Rainbow first working on a song for this boxset was back in December 2010, but it took over a year before it was officially released, so with that long time frame between news, the rarity of it’s release, ect. ect. it is considered Rainbow’s long lost and most unknown song ^^
For me personally, I never considered the song be much when the news for it first came out. Considering what it was a OST for. But, when I purchased the song a year ago it was a nice pleasant surprise! I love the energy in the song and thus it is one of my favorite Rainbow songs kekeke xD
